We want you to love your deck the moment you crack the package—no weird surprises, no “guess I’ll live with it,” no hoops.

If we made an error in printing, cutting, or shipping, we’ll fix it for free.

What we guarantee

If there’s an issue that’s on us, we’ll make it right. That includes:

  • Printing issues
    Blurry or unreadable text, major color problems, obvious print defects, missing/incorrect cards
  • Cutting issues
    Noticeably off-center cuts, inconsistent sizing, damaged edges/corners caused during production
  • Shipping issues
    Wrong items, missing items, damage caused in transit, packaging failures

What “we’ll fix it” means

Depending on the issue, we’ll do one of the following at no cost to you:

  • Reprint and resend the affected cards/deck
  • Replace missing or incorrect items
  • Provide a solution fast (we’ll choose the quickest correct fix)

  • Your order number
  • A quick description of the issue
  • Photos (for print/cut/damage issues—good lighting helps)

We’ll reply with next steps and take it from there.

Our standard

We build decks to be table-ready: readable, consistent, and cleanly finished. If what you received doesn’t meet that bar because of something we did, you shouldn’t have to pay for the fix.
