What to include so we can solve it in one reply
- Order number (or the email used at checkout)
- What happened (one sentence is fine)
- Photos (for print/cut/shipping issues)
- Cards: clear photo(s) in good lighting
- Packaging: photo of the box/envelope if it arrived damaged
- Best outcome (replacement, resend, fix, etc.)
Common quick answers
- Tracking says delivered, but it’s not here: Sometimes carriers pre-scan delivery. Check again later the same day, then message us if it still hasn’t shown up.
- Wrong address: Email us as soon as possible with the correct address and your order number.
- Something arrived damaged or miscut: Send a couple photos—we’ll take it from there.
