What to include so we can solve it in one reply

  • Order number (or the email used at checkout)
  • What happened (one sentence is fine)
  • Photos (for print/cut/shipping issues)
    • Cards: clear photo(s) in good lighting
    • Packaging: photo of the box/envelope if it arrived damaged
  • Best outcome (replacement, resend, fix, etc.)

Common quick answers

  • Tracking says delivered, but it’s not here: Sometimes carriers pre-scan delivery. Check again later the same day, then message us if it still hasn’t shown up.
  • Wrong address: Email us as soon as possible with the correct address and your order number.
  • Something arrived damaged or miscut: Send a couple photos—we’ll take it from there.
