30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email support@commanderproxies.com with your order number and a quick note about what you’d like to return.
Buyer’s Remorse Returns
If you changed your mind or no longer want the item (no problem), you can return it within 30 days with these conditions:
- The buyer pays return shipping
- Items should be returned in reasonable condition (not heavily used or damaged)
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method
Quality Issues (Free Fixes)
If there’s a quality issue caused by us—printing, cutting, missing/incorrect items, or damage in transit—we’ll fix it for free.
Here’s how it works:
- Email support@commanderproxies.com
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the issue (good lighting helps)
Once we review, we’ll typically reprint and resend the affected cards/deck at no cost to you.
What’s Not Covered
We can’t offer refunds or free replacements for:
- Normal wear from heavy use after delivery
- Damage caused after delivery (spills, bending, pet-related incidents, etc.)
- Issues caused by entering the wrong shipping address at checkout (email us ASAP and we’ll help if we can)
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
